Our unit charges a small transactional fee to the drone operator to grant access to that community. We also make a small percentage of the price; we also charge a service fee. We install the unit at no cost to the community, but we also do not pay rent or electricity in exchange.

The unit will have around a $200/month electrical need with today's wattage fees, so for a 200-person neighborhood that means each resident would pay $1 per month for having this machine draw from their electric.

In some situations, we may also pay the HOA or property management company a commission of sales as an incentive to let us install in their community. Our benefit to the customer is easier access to convenience items and healthcare products, while being delivered at a lower transactional fee and faster.
